Run the "Complete Enrollment" script



  1. Open Mac@Cisco Self Service. It is located under the Applications folder
  2. Click Log in (bottom-left corner)
  3. Enter your Cisco e-mail address and temp password into the SSO login fields, then follow the Duo prompts


    • A Duo Verified Push code will pop up on your Cisco device
    • Verify it is you logging into your Duo app. Did you initiate this push?
      • Note: you might have to scroll down to see the verification code prompt
    • Enter the verification code when prompted
      • Only use the code provided within the Duo login prompt from your Cisco device
      • NEVER enter a code provided by a third-party, including:
        • The Cisco help desk
        • Text message (SMS)
        • A phone call or email
    • Click Yes, this is my device
  4. Search for Complete Enrollment and Run it
  5. When it's finished running, you'll see the following screen. Close Mac@Cisco Self Service
  6. Close this window and continue with the setup instructions
